يسعد مكتب خدمات الأعضاء والمناسبات في جمعية السودانيين الكنديين بهالتون أن يرحّب بكم جميعًا، وخاصة الإخوة والأخوات القادمين الجدد، متمنيًا لكم التوفيق في خطوات استقراركم وبداية حياتكم هنا في كندا.

وحرصًا منا على دعمكم ومرافقتكم في أهم خطوات الاستقرار (Settlement)، نشارككم فيما يلي معلومات أساسية ومجرّبة حول بعض الخدمات المهمة التي يحتاجها كل مقيم جديد في منطقتنا.

— أولًا: استخراج رخصة القيادة
يُعد الحصول على رخصة القيادة من الخطوات الضرورية للاستقرار والحركة اليومية. ومن واقع خبرتنا العملية:
ننصح بفتح ملف الرخصة عبر مكتب أوكفيل، حيث يتميز بسهولة الإجراءات وتعاون الموظفين.
لأداء اختبار القيادة العملي، ننصح بالتوجه إلى مكتب بيرلينغتون، حيث يتميز بالتنظيم وسهولة التعامل.

— ثانيًا: استخراج رقم التأمين الاجتماعي (رقم SIN)
رقم التأمين الاجتماعي ضروري جدًا لأي شخص يريد العمل أو الاستفادة من بعض الخدمات الحكومية. تأكد من إحضار الوثائق التالية:
جواز السفر أو وثيقة السفر
تصريح الإقامة (إن وُجد)
إثبات العنوان (مثل فاتورة إيجار أو خدمات)

إثبات الهوية (جواز السفر أو وثيقة السفر)
تصريح الإقامة (إن وُجد)
